Communication

What your customers and your team hear automatically: which messages go out, when, over which channel and in which language.

• How communication worksThe model behind every message Schedulinq sends — flows, steps, moments, and who a message is written for.
• Edit a stepThe whole step editor — when a message goes out, over which channel, to whom, and what it says.
• Who gets which messageEvery step is scoped on two axes — which appointment types it covers, and which kind of customer it is written for. Together they decide which of your messages someone actually receives.
• Messages for video and phone appointmentsA video call or a phone call needs different words from a visit. How to write a confirmation with the meeting link, a reminder just before the start, and what your customer gets while that link is not there yet.
• Connect WhatsAppConnect the WhatsApp Business number you already use, so appointment notifications arrive in the chat your customer already has open.
• Send from your own domainHave confirmations and reminders arrive from your address instead of Schedulinq's — including the DNS records you need to publish.
• Using SMS and WhatsAppPick a step's channel, keep the cost predictable, and know what happens when a message cannot be delivered.
• Communication settingsThe settings that apply to every message — sender, internal addresses, quiet hours, and your numbers for SMS and WhatsApp.
• Email brandingHow your emails look — your booking page's colours and fonts by default, or a look of their own — with the height of your logo and a live preview.
