The referral programme

Share your referral link and receive € 10 a month for every paid user at every organisation that signs up through you — how it works, what you see and how you are paid.

Know another business that could use Schedulinq? Share your referral link. When an organisation signs up through that link, you receive € 10 a month for every user that organisation pays for — every month again, for as long as they stay subscribed. Three colleagues at a referred business are € 30 a month, every month.

There are no conditions on your side: every organisation with a Schedulinq account has a referral link and takes part, trial period included.

In short

  1. Go to Company → Details and scroll to Referral link.
  2. Copy the link and send it to whoever you like.
  3. When that organisation signs up through the link, the card counts it.
  4. Once they pay, you count the users they pay for — that is your amount per month.
  5. We transfer it monthly. Before the first payout we e-mail you for your bank details.
The Referral link card on the Company details page, with the link app.schedulinq.com/register?ref=EXAMPLE29, the line 3 organisations signed up via your link · 7 users those organisations pay for, and two buttons to copy and open it.

Under the link is what it has brought in so far.

The link sits at the bottom of Company → Details, under your company description. It looks like this:

https://app.schedulinq.com/register?ref=EXAMPLE29

The code after ref= is unique to your organisation and never changes. Anyone who may view the company details sees the link; you do not have to be an administrator.

Copy and open

The two buttons next to the link. The first puts the link on your clipboard, the second opens it in a new tab.

Why

Opening it is handy to check what your contact will see: the ordinary registration form. Beyond that the link is nothing more than an address — you may paste it into an e-mail, a WhatsApp message, your website or your e-mail signature.

What the link has brought in

Read-only

Two numbers under the link: how many organisations signed up through your link, and how many users those organisations are paying for right now.

Why

The first number counts from the moment someone creates an organisation through your link — even while it is still in its trial period. The second number is what your amount depends on: only users that are actually being paid for count. An organisation in its trial, or one whose last payment failed, counts zero users at that moment. So you see at a glance what is coming your way at the end of the month: the second number times € 10.

How a sign-up is tied to you

  1. Your contact opens your link

The link takes them to Schedulinq's registration form. Your code is in the address and travels along when they register; the form itself looks no different.

If you would rather share a page of our website, that works too: put ?ref=YOURCODE after the address — for example https://schedulinq.com/en/pricing?ref=EXAMPLE29. The website remembers the code for 30 days, so even if your contact browses first and only clicks Start free a week later, the sign-up stays tied to you. The website's registration form then shows Referral code applied, with your code.

  2. They register

With their e-mail address and a password, or with Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft — exactly as in Create your account. Whichever they choose, the code travels with the account.

  3. They create their organisation

That is the moment the referral is recorded and the card counts one more organisation for you. It does have to be their organisation: someone who joins an existing business through an invitation creates no organisation and therefore does not count.

  4. They start paying

When the organisation takes out a subscription after its trial, the users they pay for count in the second number from that moment on — and in your payout from that month. If they add people later, it rises with them; if they cancel, it stops.

How you are paid

We pay monthly and by bank transfer. There is nothing you need to do to set it in motion: as soon as a referred organisation pays for the first time, we e-mail you for your bank details. After that the amount arrives by itself every month.

The amount for a month is the number of paid users across all your referred organisations together, times € 10. That is the number the card shows.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a paid subscription myself? No. Every organisation with a Schedulinq account takes part, trial period included. The programme only looks at what the organisations you bring in pay.

Does the organisation I refer get anything too? No, nothing changes for them: they get the same trial period and the same price as everyone. The reward goes to you.

I referred someone, but the counter is still at zero. Three things to check. Was the link actually used — a registration that started on the ordinary registration page, without ?ref=, knows nothing about you. Was it a new account, rather than someone signing in to one they already had? And did they then create an organisation of their own, rather than join an existing business? If you are sure it all checks out, e-mail us through the link under the card.

How long does it run? For as long as the referred organisation stays subscribed. There is no end date and no cap.

Can I change my code? No. The code belongs to your organisation and always stays the same, so a link you shared two years ago still works.

What if a payment at the organisation fails, or they cancel? Then that organisation counts zero paid users at that moment and drops out of your amount. If the payment goes through after all, they count again; after a cancellation it stops for good.
